We have taken care to produce the highest quality products for you and want you to love our products as much as we do but if you don't, contact us and we will make it right whether that involves remaking your lingerie for you in a different size, a different style, a different color, or issuing you a refund or store credit less the cost of shipping.
OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our guarantee is for 14 days of receipt, provided the product remains in perfect condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. We cannot accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or soiled.
Due to the intimate nature of panties, we cannot accept returns, do edits, remakes or provide refunds on these garments.
There is no additional charge for an edit or remake to adjust sizing. Edits and remakes for style or color will be assessed a $40 fee for bras. Remakes for panties are assessed a fee of $25.
*All sale items are final. We do not make style or color changes to sale or discounted items.
